Shipping Costs

At Shaggy Golf, we want to make the shipping process as convenient as possible for you. We offer the following shipping options:

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. This applies to orders shipped within the United States only.

Order Processing

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Here's what you need to know:
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will ship the same business day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will ship the next business day
• Weekend orders (placed Friday after 2:00 PM through Sunday) will ship on Monday
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Times

We primarily use USPS and UPS to ship our orders. Delivery times are estimated and begin from the date your order ships (not the date your order is placed).
Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
Express & Overnight Shipping: These services use UPS. Express orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days, and Overnight orders arrive the next business day when ordered before 2:00 PM EST.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking! You'll receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can track your package using:
• The tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
• Your carrier's website (USPS or UPS)
• Your Shaggy Golf account order history

International Shipping

At this time, Shaggy Golf only ships within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). We're working hard to expand internationally soon!

Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address? We've got you covered, but please act fast!
Before shipment: If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at info@theshaggygolf.com with your order number and the correct address. We'll do our best to update it.
After shipment: Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to see if they can redirect the package.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it, please check with neighbors, building management, or any household members who may have accepted the delivery. If you still can't locate your package, contact us within 48 hours and we'll help file a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and any damaged items, then contact us within 48 hours. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
Incorrect Address: We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (November-December), shipping times may be extended due to high carrier volume. We recommend:
• Ordering early to ensure delivery before holidays
• Selecting Express or Overnight shipping for time-sensitive gifts
• Checking our website for updated holiday shipping deadlines
