We offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within the United States. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

We want to make certain that our customers are happy with their gear. Returns and exchanges are easy and completely free! 

Return Requirements 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions: 
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date 
• Unworn and unwashed - items must be in new, unused condition 
• Original tags attached - all tags must still be attached to the item 
• Original packaging - items should be in or with their original packaging when possible 
• Proof of purchase - order confirmation email or receipt 

⚠️ Important Note 

Initial shipping costs are not refunded. These funds were used to purchase the shipping label for your original order. 

How to Start a Return or Exchange 

Starting your return or exchange is easy! Just follow these simple steps: 

Contact Us 

Email us at info@theshaggygolf.com with your order number and let us know you'd like to return or exchange an item. 

Receive Your Return Label 

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours. Print it out and attach it to your package. 

Ship It Back 

Drop off your package at any USPS location or schedule a pickup. Make sure items are unworn, unwashed, and tags are attached. 

Get Your Refund 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Options 

When you return an item, you have the following options: 
1. Full Refund: Receive your money back to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days after we process your return. 
2. Store Credit: Receive store credit equal to the full value of your return (including the original shipping cost). Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase. 
3. Exchange: Swap your item for a different size of the same product at no extra cost. 

💡 Pro Tip 

Choose store credit to get back your original shipping cost! Store credit includes the full order value plus the shipping fees. 

Exchanges 

Size Exchanges: If you need a different size of the same product, we've got you covered! Size exchanges are completely free with no price difference. 
Product Exchanges: Want to swap for a different product? No problem! If there's a price difference, you can either: 
• Pay the difference if the new item costs more 
• Receive store credit or a partial refund if the new item costs less 
To exchange for a different product, return your original item following the steps above, then place a new order for the item you want. 

Holiday Returns 

We know the holiday season can be hectic! That's why we extend our return window during the holidays: 
Orders placed November 1 - December 25: Can be returned until January 31 of the following year. 
All other return policy terms still apply. 

Damaged or Defective Items 

We inspect all items before shipping, but if something goes wrong, we'll make it right! 
If your item arrives damaged or defective: 
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery 
• Include photos of the damage or defect 
• We'll send a replacement or provide a full refund immediately 
Quality issues covered under warranty (manufacturing defects, unusual wear not caused by normal use) may be eligible for replacement even outside the 30-day window. Contact us and we'll review your case. 

Non-Returnable Items 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: 
• Items marked as "Final Sale" 
• Gift cards 
• Items without tags or that have been worn/washed 
• Items damaged by customer misuse or normal wear and tear

Q: How long do refunds take? A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. It may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank. 
Q: Can I return a gift? A: Yes! Gift returns are issued as store credit to the recipient. 
Q: What if I lost my receipt? A: No problem! We can look up your order using your email address or order number. 
Q: Can I return sale items? A: Yes, unless marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
